Remembering Our Mission & Faith
OUR
MISSION
We strive to be a Lighthouse, Schoolhouse, and Hospital for those in need.
LIGHTHOUSE
Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” He also said, “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. "
As a Lighthouse emits light in the darkness, Victory Church exists to share the light of the gospel to those who have no hope.
Jesus is the light and we want all to receive the light of salvation.
SCHOOLHOUSE
'Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.' -Matthew 28:19,20. Victory Church exists to help fulfill the great commission by going and making disciples & champions for Christ.
HOSPITAL
' For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord , because they have called you an outcast: ‘It is Zion, for whom no one cares!’ ' Jeremiah30:17. Victory Church also exists to extend the healing ministry of Christ to the whole spirit, soul & body of man.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe in a Christ-centered community
-
The Scriptures are Inspired by God and declare His design and plan for mankind.

-
There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

-
In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule a thousand years.

-
The only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

-
The redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.

-
The baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.

-
The enduement of power and bestowment of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and their uses in the work of the ministry for today.

-
In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life. The process of sanctification is the maturing or perfecting of the love of God in the believer as taught in 1 Corinthians 13.

-
In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.

-
In the practice of two ordinances: Water baptism by immersion and Holy Communion.
-
In the millennial reign of Christ, a final judgment of non-believers, and in life eternal in the presence of God following the millennial reign
